The mould design decides the later-phase processing. By adopting strict recruitment requirements and systematic training, the Design Department is led by Mr. Li, who is an expert on mould design and CNC. He brings to the company 11 years experience. Presently the department consists of 30 engineers who are skilled in different software like Auto-cad, ProE, and UG Mastercam. All our engineers stay abreast in their field by receiving regular training.
After the customers place their order, the sales team will translate the technical details into Chinese and input them into our IM3 system. After that, the specifications will be printed out and delivered to the Design Department and Project Management Department.
Receiving the material, the designers will begin work according to the specifications. The entire design is required to be double checked by the team leader and the head of the department before being sent to the customer for confirmation.
Upon approval of the drawing, the engineer who is responsible for follow-up will work on the schedule and monitor the progress.
