For each project, one specified engineer is designated to follow the entire procedure from start to finish. This includes mould designing, fabricating, testing, producing, as well as package checking.
It is the project engineer’s responsibility to report any problems that may occur during the process to the Sales Department, who communicates directly with our customer. Furthermore, a weekly report is expected from them, which provides our customers with updated information concerning the project.
The project is also supported by a well-established management team that integrates the efforts from each member involved in the process to ensure quality and control. The result is a precise and timely crafted equipment piece.
