Twelve injection machines are maintained, scaled from 50 tons to 300 tons for mould testing and plastic parts production. These include one purchased from Germany called Boy 15. In April, 2008, one new vertical injection machine was installed.
The mould testing is highlighted each time by skilled testing engineers whose expertise includes operating the complex functions of the machines, as well as the parameter’s adjustment. Upon receiving an elaborate testing report, the project engineers audit the test conditions by photograph and video recording for evaluation and analysis.
During the production, the on-site staff is divided into several teams according to their duties, such as machine operation, assembly and production classification. The quality engineers stay on site to monitor the procedure, providing continual advice to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
